Our local HR organization in Brazil is responsible for attraction, recruitment and retention of talented and ambitious people, who are crucial for our global business success. The Brazilian recruitment team is responsible for the local analysis, planning, facilitation and implementation of best practices to support Henkel’s vision and strategic goals. Therefore, the alliance with the global Center of Expertise team and business colleagues is very strong. We are searching for a Recruitment Partner to join our team in Lapa at the earliest possible date.

  • Independent consolidating, assessing and interviewing of candidates from various sources
  • Be the single point of contact for hiring managers and candidates

  • Ongoing development of an exclusive talent pipeline and relationship building with highly attractive profiles
  • Analyze current trends, deriving future recruitment needs and applying appropriate actions
  • Onboarding and training of (new) colleagues
  • Ongoing process optimizing based on continuous self-evaluating and KPI reporting
  • Taking initiative for new approaches and managing cultural change

Who we are looking for

  • University degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other related fields
  • Min. 4-5 years of relevant work experience ideally in a similar role and/or in a recruitment company
  • Convincing track record on social media recruitment
  • Proactive communication with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues in HR
  • Sales “attitude”, hands-on mentality and excellent communication techniques
  • Ability to establish relationships with all levels of our organization
  • Expert knowledge about processes & standards, target group expectations, recruitment channels
  • Passion for recruitment topics, especially sourcing and relationship building
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
