What we offer

  • Define and implement regional pricing strategy to enable the organization to capture the right value through product / customer segmentation, aligned with global programs
  • Identify Pricing opportunities to create sustainable profit improvement and maintain competitiveness through value-based pricing
  • Perform pricing and margin analytics to identify performance issues and margin opportunities
  • Monitor raw materials development and prepare argumentation support package for sales
  • Roll out of regional service strategy and channel development plan
  • Assess and develop new go to market opportunities
  • Plan and drive new channel product launches and market research in alignment with market specialists and marketing communication
  • Work in collaboration with the Global marketing team for selected projects

Who we are looking for

  • University degree in Management / Engineering / Science
  • Previous experience in Marketing B2B
  • Pricing experience with demonstrated success in Pricing, Analytics and Implementation of new processes/systems
  • Experienced in project leadership of cross-functional and regional teams
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and driven to succeed
  • Team-oriented person with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English language skills 
  • Spanish is a plus
