- Owns and steers global market strategy
- Owns and continuously improves strategic steering, e.g. KSIs to achieve SBU / market segment financial goals.
- Own and steers (cross-A) transformational initiatives on market strategy Partners with business and collaborates with senior management to drive global market strategy.
- Drives analysis of global market size, landscape, segmentation and derives channels for go-to-market Oversees market and competitor research and uses insights e.g. to identify, evaluate and decide on new market potentials / white spots
- Decides on long-term demand creation opportunities by anticipating market trends, pot. regulations and technological push capabilities
- Drives innovation agenda and ensures incorporation of regional insights
- Steers business cases and evaluates, decides on and drives new business models
- Drives global execution of market strategy and alignment with region(s).
- Drives market launches of new products and roll-out initiatives
