The new hub in Brazil was designed as an ecosystem for technological co‑creation. “The Inspiration Center Jundiaí reinforces our commitment to advancing innovation in the Latin America region by capturing the trends and needs of the region,” says Mark Dorn, Executive Vice President of Adhesive Technologies at Henkel. “The facility will bring our portfolio to life for our customers and enables close collaboration internally and externally. Based on an ecosystem of experts, cutting‑edge technologies, and integrated infrastructure, we are accelerating the development of solutions that enhance the region’s competitiveness and set new standards for the global industry.”
The Inspiration Center Jundiaí stands out for the use of engineered wood in its administrative building, the largest commercial structure of its kind in the region. The complex is divided between the management area, which can accommodate more than 100 employees daily, and a robust technical building housing over 20 state‑of‑the‑art laboratories.
The infrastructure is designed to enhance the speed of innovation with a focus on high-performance and sustainable solutions across various industry segments. “With cutting‑edge laboratories, we are elevating our technical capability to a new level. By bringing together customers, suppliers, universities, and strategic partners, we are creating a collaborative hub capable of transforming challenges into opportunities and driving the sustainable economic growth the future demands,” explains Nigel Fay, Corporate Vice President for Innovation and Chief Technology Officer at Henkel Adhesive Technologies.
The choice of Jundiaí as location underlines the strategic position of the Brazilian market for Henkel Adhesive Technologies in Latin America. For André Baron, President of Henkel in Latin America, the investment is evidence of the company’s long‑term commitment to the region: “Latin America holds unique conditions to play an increasingly influential role in the global economy, driven by abundant renewable energy, strong production capabilities, and deep technical talent. Located in one of Brazil’s most dynamic industrial and academic hubs, home to more than 800 industries and recognized excellence in engineering and science, the Inspiration Center Jundiaí now acts as a catalyst within this ecosystem. By combining agility with strategic vision, and strengthening advanced technical expertise through education and development, it accelerates innovation and amplifies the region’s capacity to shape the future,” he concludes.
