This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do
- Frequent travel/visits to the customers and suppliers, around 50%.
- Technical understanding of body in white, vehicle structure to anticipate what the customer needs.
- Develops, supports and executes customer roadmaps, steers profitable growth.
- Identify key decision makers and builds relationship with customers and supplier focused engineering centers.
- Collaborates closely with Technical Team/Marketing/Sales/KAMs to steer activities.
- Analyzes and builds different future scenarios to create new business paths.
- Steers and leads new products launches at customers.
- This is a hybrid role, and selected candidate will need to be willing and able to work in the office 60% of the time.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
- Proven experience, 7-10 years, in strategic engineering or platform management roles, ideally in automotive or industrial sectors as well as sales experience.
- Strong technical understanding of Body in White and vehicle structural systems.
- Self-Motivation – Proactive and driven to achieve goals independently.
- Team Orientation – Collaborative mindset with a focus on shared success.
- Communication Skills – Clear and effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility – Adaptable to changing environments, priorities, and global contexts.

The salary for this role is $120,000.00- $135,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
