About this Position
What you´ll do
- Prepares the planning, tracking, and reporting of capital investments related to Operations Support business cases, ROI analysis, and post-investment reviews
- Monitor project execution and spending vs. budget, flagging risks and deviations
- Partner with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate forecasting
- Analyze and report structural/fixed costs (e.g., personnel, overheads, leases, services)
- Drive cost transparency and benchmarking related to Operations structural costs
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support implementation of efficiency initiatives
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA or CMA/CPA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in controlling
- Strong understanding of CapEx processes, cost accounting, and financial modeling
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations is a plus
- Advanced Excel and SAP (or similar ERP) skills
- Advanced English is a must
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
