About this Position
As Process & Zero-Touch Expert, you will serve as the primary point of contact for regional and global organizations, independently managing all operational requirements and ensuring strict compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). What you'll do will be strategic, focusing on the design and implementation of innovative processes related to automation on a global scale, while leading collaboration with external vendors. In addition, your opinion will be critical in P2P for financial risk issues.
What you´ll do
- Functions as the main counterpart for the respective global and regional organization and manages all tasks and issues independently.
- Responsible for following & securing SLAs.
- Designs new process linked to automation and oversees implementation on global level.
- Regular contact and steer the cooperation with external providers.
- Promotes process optimization to increase efficiency within the processes.
