About this Position
- Ensure compliance with Henkel SHE standards and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Manage safety of on-site construction and PIT activities.
- Support implementation of safety production standardization and dual prevention systems.
- Conduct SHE inspections, drive corrective/preventive actions, and ensure effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
What you´ll do
- Execute SHE policies and achieve company safety targets.
- Support safety system implementation at the plant.
- Supervise construction and site safety.
- Handle government inspections and regulatory interactions.
- Coordinate SHE-related communication with production teams.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Chemical Safety, or related field.
- Good English proficiency.
