What you'll do
- Handling invoices
- Support and cooperate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Legal Department, plantsetc.)
- Helping the team with managing employee travel and entertainment expenses
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes
- General support for the head of accounting and senior colleagues
What makes you a good fit
- Students with ongoing studies with active student status for min. 1 year (e.g.Economic, prefarably Finance/Accounting)
- Working min. 20-30 hours/week with flexibility in our office in Budapestat least 3 days/week
- Perfectly able to communicate in English & Hungarian
- Proactive, independent, precise, flexible and systematic
- Happy to handle repetitive tasks
- Analytical skills, sense for accuracy, perfectly able to work in Microsoft Office
