About this position
About this Position
- Manage the related people with respect to output, quality, efficiency and cost, Production OTIF, RFT, Inventory Accuracy & Cost Saving, SHE, etc.
- In responsible Production area to ensure compliance with Henkel SHEQ system company wide.
- Ensure both Henkel and local SHE regulations/standards is should adhered.
What you´ll do
- Mange workshop daily operation to reduce the daily operation SHE risk.
- Organize production, allocate resources reasonably, and improve productivity, according to company goal and production schedule.
- Build excellent workshop management rule, such as 5S management, SHE & AM, etc.
- Lead to Quality, Yield, Productivity & Process improvement. Manage all kinds of related projects.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor degree, Master is preferred. Major in Chemical or Chemistry & Petrochemical.
- 2-6 years working year, people management potential.
- Fluent English communication.
- Computer skill.
