About this Position
The IMS Analyst will be responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating metrology and quality control services, ensuring compliance with the established program and relevant regulations. Additionally, this role will oversee activities related to suppliers, including equipment maintenance and calibration, as well as the management of batch records and retention samples. The analyst will also be responsible for coordinating the pest control program, ensuring its compliance and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.
What you´ll do
- Coordinate and manage metrology and quality control services, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and other applicable regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of equipment through external service providers, managing quotations and ensuring the quality of the services delivered.
- Maintain records of certificates and organize related reports. Communicate updates regarding serviced equipment to the relevant departments. Issue MIGO documents to suppliers and follow up on invoice submissions. Monitor and control expenses related to metrology and pest control services.
- Manage batch records and retention samples in accordance with established procedures, ensuring proper storage and accurate documentation. Maintain the Batch Record (BR) inventory and coordinate its submission to Data File.
- Monthly activity reporting and coordination of training sessions.
- Coordinate pest control activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Implement and ensure compliance with the internal audit program, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System. Conduct supplier audits to verify compliance with established standards, requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Comply with the policies, standards, regulations, and procedures of the Integrated Management System (IMS). Promptly report any hazards and potential risks identified in the workplace. Participate in SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) training activities aimed at preventing occupational risks. Promote and maintain the safety and well-being of oneself and colleagues. Provide accurate and truthful information regarding personal health status when required. Perform duties in accordance with the Responsibility, Authority, and Accountability Matrix of the Integrated Management System, aligned with the employee’s hierarchical level within the organization. This matrix is available in the SHEQ database and on the company’s informational boards.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Internal Auditor certification or training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is preferred.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
