About this Position
We are looking for a commercial leader to lead our Professional Salon business in Finland.
You will be responsible for sales results, profitability, customer growth and leading our sales team. You'll work closely with Nordic Marketing, Education and Supply Chain to make sure the plans we create work in real life, not just in PowerPoint.
What you´ll do
- Lead the salon business across field sales and wholesale customers
- Be accountable for sales, profitability and customer growth
- Coach, support and develop the sales team
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Drive customer acquisition and business development
- Own forecasting, budgeting and annual business planning
- Ensure successful execution of campaigns, launches and promotions
- Work closely with Marketing, Education and Supply Chain
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities and solve problems
- Continuously improving how we work and help remove obstacles for the team
- Act when results are not going in the right direction
What makes you a good fit
- Experience leading a sales team
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
- Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership
- Experience with forecasting and budgeting
- Ability to build customer relationships and drive growth
- Experience from beauty, FMCG, retail or another customer-focused industry
- Fluent Finnish and English
