Reporting directly to the supervisor, your contributions will be instrumental in executing special analyses and addressing inquiries from stakeholders across departments. What you´ll do

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages for HCB Professional – North America (NA) Regional Controlling and other controlling activities, validate data, and collaborate directly with counterparts in accordance with the Service Level Agreement
  • Create reporting templates based on the need of the business or requirements of the stakeholders
  • Performs Special analyses and/or ad hoc tasks required by stakeholders or assigned by the supervisor, Support NA Regional Controlling during business planning
  • Support projects related to operations, evaluates process improvement opportunities, and ensure update of process documentations, Share opportunities with business partners
  • Communicates with various stakeholders for inquiries related to specific tasks; Creates root cause analysis and provide solutions. Contributes to GBS+ Quality goals

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Management-related courses 
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably from a multinational or shared service center (SSC) working environment
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, VBA, and dashboard creation (Power BI); Experience working in SAP and cube-based reports in Excel
  • Excellent project management skills and have continuous improvement mindset Should be customer and results oriented
  • Proficient English communication skills, with analytical thinking abilities, and problem-solving skills
  • Amenable to work on a day shift schedule (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and Night shift schedule(9:00 PM to 6:00AM) during month-end closing tasks and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
