About this Position
What you´ll do
- Lead the strategic sourcing in the given area of responsible with a spend around 180 M€
- Define a regional procurement strategy with clear supplier segmentation
- Set KPIs and objectives on all short, mid and long term financial targets
- Continuously challenge current E2E Value Chain whilst also simulating alternatives
- Provide access to supplier innovation for all Business Categories to benefit from early involvement
- Interact with BU counterparts on given sourcing projects and drive digitalization enhancements
- Develop and manage the regional team of buyers
What makes you a good fit
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering or Chemics
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience ideally in procurement, supply chain or any fast-paced project related environment
- E2E business understanding to steer stakeholders across functions and external partners
- Interest to work in a very international Team, present an open mindset and the desire to make an impact
- Fluent Language skills in English, German is a big plus
